      Online inventory of tickets through the RoyalCanadianCircus.com ‎website may show “Sold Out” as certain quantities are adjusted from time to time. Notwithstanding that, tickets may be available through resellers such as Groupon, etc. They may also be available at some host mall outlets. Limited quantities of tickets are always available at the onsite Circus Box Office (open from 10:00 am on show days) for in-person purchases, respecting that some categories of tickets such as VIP or Ringside may not be available.       The initial stage of weight loss involved fasting. It was necessary to cleanse the digestive system. Then Rebel learned to eat consciously. What does that mean? Proponents of Mayer's method recommend refraining from reading, watching TV, using phones and socializing while eating. You need to eat slower and learn to recognize the signals of hunger and satiety. Then the body will need less food. Whereas Rebel used to snack on snacks and candy, she now finds healthy alternatives and just drinks a bottle of water in the evening. She says: Rebel exercises seven days a week and walks 10,000 steps each day. When she walks, she listens to podcasts or music. The correctness of her exercises is supervised by Australian fitness trainer Jono Castano. In one of the TV shows, he said that Rebel's priority is high-intensity workouts. The actress does biceps and shoulder presses, squats and lunges, and abs exercises. Wilson has grown to love surfing, hiking, personal training, and boxing classes. It became her regular fitness regimen, which certainly helped with her weight loss.

Importantly, recent post-show surveys indicated that 94% of customers would continue to support the circus, even if there were no exotic animals.

      The all new Royal Canadian International Circus 2022 will be touring Canada and the USA for 189 spectacular shows from May to October, 2022 &
      will mesmerize, astound, thrill, and captivate audiences beyond the extraordinary.
